Moving and 7th Year Anniversary Group Exhibition, NEWSPACE
Tokyo, Japan – WAITINGROOM is pleased to announce our moving and 7th year anniversary group exhibition, NEWSPACE, through November 18th to December 17th, 2017. We founded our gallery in fall 2010 in Ebisu so that it is our 7th year of running the gallery and we are showcasing all of our artists’ works for its first exhibition at our new space. The exhibiting artists include Yuki IIYAMA, Nobuaki ITOH, Rikako KAWAUCHI, Naho KAWABE, Yusuke SHIBATA, Koichiro TAKESUE, Masaya NAKAHARA, Yuichi HIRAKO, Saori MIYAKE, Shoko MORITA, and also a new artist, Saya OKUBO, who will have her first solo exhibition at our gallery in February 2018 and it will be the biggest group exhibition at our gallery. Several of them will show brand new works which specifically made for this exhibition, and the others will show works which will be on view for the first time in Tokyo. Our artists actively seek new ideas and concepts with their own distinctive perspective and expression. It is our artists’ and gallery’s new beginning and we are excited to introduce their works at our new space.
